Erik has been active in the energy sector since 2007. He has proven his ability to organise companies effectively and efficiently, while making sure the customer remains at the centre of everything. He has always worked for organisations that needed to change and has played a leading role in the transformation process. He likes to think of himself as the motor of the company, making the entire organisation move ahead and maintain full power. Erik has a Master in Public Policy and Public Administration from the University of Twente in Enschede, the Netherlands.

He believes in enjoying what you do as that brings out the best in yourself and your environment. He is a team player through and through. Both at work and at home.

Erik gets energy from spending time with his family, playing football, enjoying a drink with friends and relaxing watching a TV series or a film.
