My name is Nicky van der Ploeg, I´m 27 years old and I live with my girlfriend in Rijnsburg. In 2013, I was introduced to the telecommunication sector and since then I’ve been addicted to the turbulence of that market. From 2013 till 2021, I worked for a reseller of Connecthing's products. There, I gained a lot of experience in the field of call centre management in the broadest sense of the word. Meanwhile I have a good idea of call centre management and I know what it takes to be successful in this dynamic market.
