Vitor is a young but experienced leader, having already worked for almost 14 years in consulting, events, marketing and sales for B2B and B2C and in the energy industry since 2014. He knows the German market well and never misses a chance of initiating new segments of business. Vitor has a technical education in CNC programming, which benefits him today since he is meticulous when looking at numbers. He always tries to think faster and be one step ahead of others. He’s a driving force and focuses on the essentials to ensure the success of the company. Discipline and certainty are important to his approach. He is enthusiastic working in a team and is always looking for solutions to achieve objectives in an efficient and structured way.

Despite his determination, Vitor always has time to listen. He believes everyone deserves a second chance, but places a high value on loyalty and honesty. These are the keys to success.

Vitor gets energy from being on stage with his band and singing, spending time with his family and friends, watching football and still playing. He loves good food and drinks and taking long walks with his dog.
