Wai is the founder of Committed Capital, a private equity investor based in the Netherlands that focuses on Dutch-based Small & Medium Sized (SME) growth companies. He has many years of experience in accelerating growth and building strong C-level teams. He holds an MSc in Economics & Business from Erasmus University, Rotterdam. He believes that building a champions league team is the number one pre-condition to creating long term value.

Wai gets his energy from football, biking, skiing, travelling to remote countries and having a beer with friends.
